කළමනාකරණ සේවා නිලධාරි සේවයේ I පන්තියේ නිලධාරීන් සඳහා කාර්යක්ෂමතාව කඩයිම නිදහස් කිරීමේ පාඨමාලාව 2023 ඔක්තොම්බර් මස 16 වන දින සිට 27 දින දක්වා දින 10 ක් කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලිය ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී පැවැත්වේ. කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන 75ක නිලධාරීන් 231ක් පුහුණුව සඳහා සහභාගී විය.

පාඨමාලාවේ ආරම්භක දිනය වූ අද(16) දින කාර්යාල විනය පිළිබඳව දේශනය කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික් සමෘද්ධි සහකාර අධ්‍යක්ෂ ඒ.ෆිලික්ස් ප්‍රනාන්දු මහතා විසින් සිදුකරන ලදී.

පුහුණු වැඩසටහනේ සමාරම්භක අවස්ථාවට කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්/දිසාපති කේ.ජි. විජේසිරි, කොළඹ අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාංචනා ගුණවර්ධන, කොළඹ අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කෞශල්‍ය කුමාරි, සහකාර දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් නදීශා දර්ශනී යන මහත්ම මහත්මීන් ඇතුළු රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන් සහභාගී විය.

 The induction training for rural registrars appointed as birth, death and marriage registrars from 21.08.2023 has been held by the inauguration of the District Secretary/Governor K.G. Wijesiri at the mini auditorium of the District Secretariat Colombo, with effect from today itself.

The District Secretary, Mr. K.G. Wijesiri has pointed out from his years of experience the importance as registrars of being pleasant while serving the people and accurately and clearly writing records in birth, marriage and death certificates.  Mrs. Kaushalya Kumari, Additional District Secretary, Colombo, has also given a lecture on the importance of maintaining such documents accurately and, if not the harmful instances where could have been arise dealing with legal documents as registrars of births, marriages and deaths in an illegal manner. Apart from this the Senior Deputy Registrar General, Mrs. J.A.L.D. Ganepola (Attorney at Law) has delivered the guest lecture regarding duties and legal back ground related to the position of the Registrar.  

Mrs. Nadeesha Darshani and a group of government officials too attended the event.
